• Upgrade the standards of Nursing Diploma Program by establishing the bridging program in cooperation with Prince Sultan College At Dhahran
• Continue to develop and provide pertinent clinically focused educational offerings for nursing and related staff.
• Continue to develop and implement the Nursing Saudization Program.
• Maintain and enhance a comprehensive database for nursing staff.
• Review and revise, as necessary, all programs provided by NAA.
• Provide educational opportunities for outside agencies.
• Promote professional development among staff through the provision of continuing education and opportunities for mobility within the organization.
• Maintain and seek accreditation of new nursing courses.
• Introduce in-service training courses for teaching staff.
• Encourage research activities directed towards nursing disciplines and service.
